Welcome to Vivid Design, I’m Carmen and I am thrilled that you have taken the time to explore my website and support my small business. I reside in Woongarrah, on the NSW Central Coast, which is located close to the ocean - a source of inspiration for many of my creations.

Throughout my life, I have always been creative and fell in love with the art of resin over 7 years ago when I saw a colourful resin art piece. Since then, I have been pouring my heart and soul into my work and Vivid Design was born.

One of the things I love most about working with resin is that every piece is unique, thanks to the medium's unpredictable nature. While I have certainly made my fair share of mistakes, I relish the excitement and challenge of the hand pouring process.

In the intimacy of my small studio, you'll find nothing is mass-produced. Each creation is a labour of love, with only a few products crafted at a time. My husband Joe lends his skilled hands crafting specialised boards for me and helps out with sanding. Together, we work with dedication and passion, ensuring that each item carries a piece of our creativity.

Creating is a stress-reliever for me, and I find that the hours fly by when I'm doing what I love. As someone who loves the ocean, beach-themed pieces are among my favourite items to create.
